Hi, my name is Matthew Sinner, I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years. 5 years were spent in a combined ICU.  3 years were spent on a team that responded to codes, strokes, and traumas, and provided moderate sedation for a variety of procedures. The last 2 years I have spent as a clinical nurse educator where I ensure staff are educated on what they need to know to care for their patients. I have three teams, Vascular Access, Critical Responder Team, and a pre and post-procedure unit(Phase II).
